Summary
- Numbers, names and dates you type into tools are processed in your browser and are not sent to us.
- If you submit a form, we receive what you typed so we can reply.
- We show ads through Google AdSense, which uses cookies.

Information you give us
When you submit a form (report request, contact, contest entry, pledge, newsletter, application or advertising enquiry), we receive the fields you complete, the page you sent it from, and the time. Forms are delivered to our inbox through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which processes the submission on our behalf. We use this information only to answer your request, run the contest you entered, send the newsletter you asked for, or assess your application. With your explicit permission, a VIP number request may be shared with one or two vetted sellers who can fulfil it.
Cookies and local storage
We store small preferences in your browser, such as whether you dismissed the cookie notice. Our advertising partner may set cookies as described below.
Advertising (Google AdSense)
Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visit to this site and/or other sites on the internet. You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies at aboutads.info. Learn more in how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland are shown a consent message where required.
Embedded videos
Videos use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode and load only when you press play. Once playing, YouTube's own policy applies.
Retention
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to handle them and for reasonable record-keeping, typically no more than 24 months. Contest entries are deleted 6 months after winners are confirmed. Newsletter subscribers can unsubscribe at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, Canada's PIPEDA and US state laws such as the CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete or object to the use of your personal data. To make a request, use the contact form and choose "Privacy request".
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

We'll update this page if our practices change and revise the date above.
